Distillery Division (Under Implementation)

RS/ ENA/ Anhydrous Absolute Alcohol/ Perfumery Grade Alcohol

Ethyl alcohol or ethanol a by-product of the sugar manufacturing process is derived by fermenting sugar cane molasses or juice or chemical synthesis. It diversifies the sugar industry and does not contribute to the harmful greenhouse gasses.

We are in planning to start state art and versatile design Multifeed Distillery Plant having capacity 50 KLPD. Our distillery division is well equipped with all modern automated sections, from fermentation process to storage sections. We are having closed monitoring control on each & every critical parameters.

In this section, we are in planning to separate division of Rectified Spirit and Extra Neutral Alcohol and Anhydrous Absolute Alcohol, each of capacity 50 KLPD. We will have separate Molecular Sieve based Anhydrous Absolute Alcohol manufacturing facility of fuel /Pharma Grade, capacity 50 KLPD. In this section, we will manufacture local as well as export grade Rectified Spirit. Also there will be separate facility for manufacturing of ENA (55 KLPD).

  • For Extra Neutral Alcohol manufacturing
  • For fuel grade/ pharmaceutical grade alcohol preparation.

Potential use of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA)

  • For Pharmaceutical Alcohol
  • For India Made Forgein Liquer (IMFL)
  • Industrial use

Potential use of Anhydrous Absolute Alcohol

  • For pharmaceutical products
  • As a fuel or as a replacement for hydrocarbon based fuels.
  • For perfumery grade products manufacturing.
  • Used in vehicle section, thermometers, antibacterial hand sanitizers and antiseptic products.

IMFL Section

Indian made foreign liquor (IMFL) manufactured in the domestic market by organize players, are hard liquors of international quality and popularity categorized as whisky, rum , vodka , and gene . India made foreign is generally made from alcohol and it is normally obtained from grain and sugar molasses. These liquors are different from country liquors (Like fenny, toddy etc.) which are manufactured locally and mostly by unorganized players.

We will have separate “India Made Foreign Liquor “, Section having capacity 50,000 Lit. Per day. It is the versatile state of art facility. It is the hard Liquor bottling facility of international quality popularity categorized as Whisky, rum, vodka & gin. We are having this facility for alcohol of both roots molasses & grains etc. In future KGS will also develop its brand and distribution channel in liquor market for direct sale.

  • For bottling plant of different kind of hard liquors like, whisky, rum, vodka, & gin.
